Lori is a principal and global hospitality leader based in Chicago. With 30 years of industry experience, Lori’s creative design direction paired with her understanding of the end user supports her leadership across a variety of hotel, restaurant, retail, and office building projects in the US and across the globe. She works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients including Hyatt, Marriott, Ayala Land, and Sterling Bay on the development of experience-driven environments, and applies a hospitality lens to fitness and retail brands including Studio Three, Radio Flyer, and Sam Edelman.

Lori is a sought-after voice in the industry, with recent speaking engagements at NeoCon on both experiential design and generative AI. She has a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers and is actively involved in industry organizations including DIFFA and NOMA.
