Lori is a principal and global hospitality leader based in Chicago. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Lori’s creative design direction paired with her understanding of the end user supports her leadership across a variety of hotel, restaurant, retail, and office building projects in the US and across the globe. She works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients including Hyatt, Marriott, Ayala Land, and Sterling Bay on the development of experience-driven environments, and applies a hospitality lens to fitness and retail brands including Studio Three, Radio Flyer, and Sam Edelman.

Lori is a sought-after voice in the industry, with recent speaking engagements at NeoCon on both experiential design and generative AI. She has a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers and is actively involved in industry organizations including DIFFA and NOMA.
