Mallory is a Director of Sustainability in Gensler’s new dedicated Climate Action & Sustainability studio. She leads the climate action and sustainability practice area for Gensler’s Northeast region and collaborates across disciplines to improve the ecological and health impact of buildings that provide inspiring daily experiences for all. She played a key role in the development of the Gensler Product Sustainability (GPS) Standards, an open-source framework that streamlines material selection to reduce environmental impact in architectural interiors.
Mallory’s industry leadership includes serving as Co-Chair for the AIA NY Chapter’s Committee on the Environment, the Urban Design Forum’s Forefront Steering Committee, and the MPSS Advisory Board at the New York School of Interior Design. In 2024, Mallory received the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award in recognition of her dedication and impact in sustainability. She has contributed to publications featured by Fast Company, Metropolis, the Architect’s Newspaper, ULI, CoreNet Global, and the British Council for Offices.
