Raffael is an award-winning designer of commercial office buildings, museums, hotels, educational facilities, and sports complexes. He is highly regarded by clients and teammates for his design talent, constructability know-how, and ability to navigate complex problems. Raffael honed his skills for more than 20 years in Washington, D.C., before relocating to Houston in 2014. With a penchant for building repositioning, Raffael spoke on the subject to NAIOP Northern Virginia and was featured in a Washington Post article on repositioning success stories. He also was a key member of the winning Gensler team in NAIOP’s inaugural Office Building of the Future Design Competition.
