Stephanie is a Studio Director and Principal in Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office, where she designs innovative, high-performance workplaces for the world’s leading consulting, professional services, and technology companies. A certified interior designer with more than 18 years of professional experience, Stephanie has built a diverse portfolio spanning a wide range of global clients, from emerging start-ups to major organizations such as Boston Consulting Group, AvalonBay, LinkedIn, and others. She leads and mentors multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across Gensler’s national offices to support an expanding Technology practice.
Stephanie partners closely with clients to create sustainable, flexible, destination workplaces that enhance user experience, strengthen company culture, and support attraction and retention of top talent in a rapidly evolving industry. Her work is driven by workplace performance and has been recognized by renowned regional, national, and international awards programs. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and remains actively engaged in mentoring and developing the next generation of design talent.
