Tariq is the Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Middle East offices. With over 30 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects, he brings deep expertise across the mixed-use, retail, residential, workplace, and lifestyle sectors. Based in Riyadh, Taz plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s growth and design strategy across Riyadh, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.

Before relocating to the Middle East, Taz served as Managing Director of Gensler’s Birmingham office for seven years, where he built and led high-performing teams and delivered landmark projects for global brands. His portfolio includes significant contributions to some of Gensler’s largest projects in the region, including The Avenues in Kuwait and Msheireb Downtown Doha in Qatar.
