Gensler’s Next Generation of Leadership
Building on Gensler’s legacy of collaborative leadership, Elizabeth Brink and Jordan Goldstein have been named Co-CEOs of the world’s preeminent architecture and design firm. In these roles, they will partner with Gensler’s clients and team members to make a meaningful positive impact on communities around the world.
Gensler’s creative conviction, bold design ethos, and global perspective enable the firm to embrace rapid transformations in technology, market trends, and client needs. Looking forward, the Co-CEOs will approach challenges and opportunities by fostering a culture of curiosity, sparking innovation, and leveraging our industry influence to create a brighter future.
“As this new chapter of our firm’s history begins, I am filled with excitement and optimism for our shared future as a diverse creative community, driving meaningful change,” says Brink.
“This is a unique opportunity to leverage our influence and global reach to create positive impact through our creativity, our innovation, and our bold design solutions,” says Goldstein.
Both leaders will retain their positions as Co-Regional Managing Principal of their respective locations. Brink, based in Los Angeles, oversees the Southwest Region, while Goldstein, based in Washington, D.C., oversees the Southeast Region. With some 50 years of Gensler experience between them, the new Co-CEOs bring to their roles broad experience and deep relationships, across both the industry and the firm.
Global Co-Chairs Diane Hoskins and Andy Cohen, who served as Co-CEOs for nearly 20 years and lead the Board of Directors, will continue to provide strategic vision for the firm, with a focus on growing market presence, developing new practice offerings, and enhancing key client relationships.
