Brand Design

Relocating its headquarters from San Francisco to New York City, Campari America enlisted Gensler to design a vibrant workplace in the heart of Manhattan that unifies its multiple brands. The brand program, centered on Campari’s tag line “Toasting Life Together,” celebrates the company’s Italian legacy. Double doors with Campari Soda-shaped handles open to reveal a two-story bar framed with a custom wood mural, inspired by posters designed for Campari by Italian artist Fortunato Depero in the 1920s. Bold environmental graphics and illustrated wayfinding are integrated into the interiors at dedicated touchpoints to express the company’s product portfolio and redefine its U.S. presence.
