Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk

Known as the “Rivera Building,” the existing site for the Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk sits right off the San Antonio River Walk and next door to the Esquire Tavern on approximately 6,100 square feet of land. This new hotel essentially hovers over a portion of the existing structure, which was originally built as a bank in the 1840s, creating the 197-key, boutique Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk. To keep the structure connected with the local settings and surrounding historical buildings, the hotel’s exterior features a limestone and brick facade and terraces positioned for guests to enjoy River Walk views. Through the thoughtful selection of materials, the Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk is woven into the complex urban fabric of San Antonio.
