Cushman & Wakefield moved its San Diego regional headquarters office to One Paseo, a brand-new, Class A commercial and residential development in the prestigious Del Mar community. Encompassing 21,000 square feet on the ground floor of a six-story building, the commercial real estate services firm’s new office houses several of its local services providers, staff, and leadership.
Cushman & Wakefield’s goal for its new flagship office was to create a highly collaborative space that represents its new work model, which transitions from private office workspaces to a “free address” system. The new San Diego office exemplifies the best in current workplace planning and design strategies in a flexible space that transforms the way the client works and socializes.
