Previously tucked behind a narrow corridor, the original recessed entry was nearly invisible from the elevator, creating a dark, compressed first impression. The layout also limited patient flow and lacked accessibility — most notably, the front desk offered no accessible-height surface.

The renovation brings the entry forward with a custom wood surround and full-height glazing, reclaiming space for the patient lounge and dramatically improving visibility. Inside, the new layout unfolds into three distinct zones: a direct path to check-in, a comfortable lounge with sofas and chairs, and a quieter nook with a counter and stools. The redesigned front desk is sleek and functional, offering both standing and accessible-height stations with elevated, durable finishes. A warm, timeless palette of wood, terrazzo tile, quartz, and textured wallcoverings creates a calm, welcoming environment. Restrooms continue this refined language with tones of Ogawa Green, White Pumice, and Horizon Blue, paired with stone counters, ceramic tile, and curated lighting.

The result is a brighter, more inviting space that enhances patient comfort, supports staff efficiency, and presents the clinic as a modern, patient-centered practice. Sustainable design choices — including low-VOC materials, refinished casework, and long-lasting finishes — underscore the clinic’s commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
