Leveraging Gensler’s proprietary predictive analytics tool, we mapped team assignments and space utilization to inform a hybrid strategy that aligns real estate with business goals. The resulting workplace is both efficient and energizing — designed to foster collaboration, connection, and culture.

A neighborhood-based layout supports different teams and a range of workstyles, with dedicated collaboration zones for both hybrid and in-person meetings. At the heart of the space, a café and lounge serve as a hub for daily interactions and all-staff gatherings. Natural light and expansive views enhance employee wellbeing, while a warm palette featuring the firm’s brand colors creates a hospitality-oriented environment tailored to how the firm works today and how it will grow tomorrow.
