LinkedIn Chicago

Chicago, Illinois

LinkedIn’s newly expanded Chicago office doubled the floor space in their West Loop home — and presented opportunities to activate the LinkedIn brand with a nod to the company’s values and aspirations with a decidedly vibrant Chicago flavor. The expanded space is themed around the idea of Chicago ‘Firsts,’ ranging from local inventions and debuts including neon lighting, deep-dish pizza, and Cracker Jack to now ubiquitous household appliances like the dishwasher and vacuum cleaner. Graphic representations of these Firsts feature in conference rooms and transitional areas, culminating in the Chicago ‘Model Kit’ sign en route to the café — a larger-than-life installation that anchors the space, representing play and invention.
