Ryan Tower is a 23-story, multi-tenant Class AA office building located at Legacy West that encompasses more than 400,000 square feet and is the world headquarters for Ryan, LLC, a Dallas-based global tax services firm. Situated on a 3.6-acre site at the intersection of State Highway 121 and Windrose Drive, Ryan Tower will include 29,000-square-foot floors, with floor-to-ceiling windows rising 10 feet high, and a virtually column-free workplace.
The tower is positioned to provide urban walkability to Legacy West’s top restaurants and lifestyle venues and easy proximity to the Shops at Legacy and The Star in Frisco. Gensler’s designers worked closely with the development team to create a premium office building that serves as a beacon and expresses verticality, clean lines, and masterful detailing. Ryan Tower will feature a variety of amenities such as an onsite fitness center, multiple conference rooms, a tenant lounge, and cafe. Outdoor amenities will include structured parking, bike storage, and ample manicured green space.
