Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Denver, Colorado

Blending Denver’s history and old world charm with modern design aesthetics, the Sheraton Denver Hotel sets a new standard for livable luxury. The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, originally designed by I.M. Pei in 1960 as the Denver Hilton and Maven Department Store, is one of three unique buildings in Denver’s Courthouse Square. With a deeply rooted history in Rocky Mountain architecture, Gensler Denver’s design team embraced the hotel property’s architectural significance and paid homage to its previous demeanor. The result is a timeless but modern outlook for today and tomorrow’s guests. The hospitality design team was tasked to complete the hotel interiors for 1150 guestrooms and suites, as well as the overall FFE and brand aesthetic for the hotel.
