Bosa Properties enlisted Gensler to design a building that seamlessly blends the serenity of Burnaby’s Central Park District with the liveliness and convenience of Metrotown’s urban living. The result is an inclusive community within a 45-story high-rise condominium tower, atop a 5-story below-market rental podium. Solhouse prioritizes functional, adaptable living spaces that harmoniously integrate “outside-in” living, including all-season balconies equipped with retractable glass panels. Most balconies measure 8 feet deep, adding up to 30% more year-round living space to each home. A continuous green space adjacent to the residential tower, as well as rooftop gardens, further reinforce the residences’ connection to nearby Central Park.
The residential tower sits atop a podium, featuring a double-height all-glass lobby that provides views through the lobby from Wilson Avenue to the lane. The sixth floor features indoor and outdoor amenities including a terrace and wellness facilities. Community connection is fostered through spaces including a social lounge, bookable private dining area, and a co-working lounge that is equipped with private pods and hot desks.
Solhouse 6035 is neighbor to Gensler-designed Central Park House by Bosa Properties.
