Gensler is leading the vision and master planning for a dynamic mixed-use district anchored by the future home of the Tampa Bay Rays. Situated on a 120-acre site along the Dale Mabry corridor, the master plan reimagines the traditional ballpark district as a year-round community asset that brings together entertainment, hospitality, retail, recreation, and public gathering spaces.
