1580 Logan Street, now formally named “The Amp,” highlights the unique identities of Denver’s Uptown neighborhood in a building that features vibrant, hospitality-focused amenities. Surrounded by iconic music venues, eccentric local restaurants, and historic East Colfax, The Amp plays to the community’s heritage and design language, while adding a modern twist. Gensler’s scope of work for this repositioning and renovation includes interior design and branding across the lobby, elevator lobby, corridors, restrooms, exterior, and entry renovations.
