COMPENSATION

We offer a compensation package that includes an annual review of salary and twice annual bonus opportunities to reward those who demonstrate exceptional results. In addition, we recognize the importance of preparing for the future, and we’ve designed a compensation approach that includes participation in the growth and profits of the firm through profit sharing, employee stock ownership and/or stock appreciation programs. These plans, combined with our salary and bonus programs, make our approach to compensation one of the most competitive in our industry and help put our people on the road to a financially secure future.

LICENSURE, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND EDUCATION

Hiring the best people and investing in their ongoing learning is at the heart of Gensler’s enduring success. As part of the firm’s commitment to licensure and professional development, Gensler offers reimbursement for certain professional licenses and associated renewals and exam fees. In addition, Gensler reimburses tuition for certain eligible programs or classes. Gensler also matches monetary contributions to educational institutions made by employees up to an annual maximum.
