In addition to our work, Gensler leads the industry with its commitment to great talent. Talented teams drive Gensler forward through ideas, connecting and celebrating accomplishments across our firm. Gensler’s approach to compensation and benefits echoes this commitment to collaboration and shared success. While particular rewards and benefits will depend on your position, location, and years with the firm, here is just a peek at what you might be eligible for.
At Gensler, we offer a compensation package that includes an annual review of salary and twice annual bonus opportunities to reward those who demonstrate exceptional results. In addition, we recognize the importance of preparing for the future, and we’ve designed a compensation approach that includes participation in the growth and profits of the firm through profit sharing, employee stock ownership and/or stock appreciation programs. These plans, combined with our salary and bonus programs, make our approach to compensation one of the most competitive in our industry and help put our staff on the road to a financially secure future.
To demonstrate the value we place on our people, Gensler offers a broad and comprehensive benefit package to our employees and their eligible family members.
