In her 25 years of professional experience, Arpy has earned a reputation as a leader in large-scale project delivery, with focused expertise in building code compliance, complex regulatory processes and disability access issues. Actively engaged in the Los Angeles community, Arpy is involved with numerous industry organizations, including the Central City Association, the L.A. Chamber, and BOMA of Greater Los Angeles, where she currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors and co-chairs the Codes and Regulations Committee. In her many advisory roles for the City and County of Los Angeles, Arpy has served on past Mayor’s Development Reform Advisory Committees and has been a Disabled Access Commissioner under Mayors Riordan and Hahn. Arpy earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), and she has held teaching positions at Santa Monica College and UCLA Extension.
