Drawing from her background in architecture and design, Karen blends creativity with a scientific approach to training and facilitation. Karen is a skilled meeting facilitator and public speaker, specializing in professional development, conflict resolution, cultural and emotional intelligence, communication skills, and executive presence. Karen is passionate about personal growth and human connection, partnering with leadership to cultivate a thriving, high-performing workplace culture across the firm. She holds a BA in Environmental Design from UC Berkeley, an MS in Building Systems Engineering from UC Boulder, and is a Professional Certified Coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
