Karen Mozes is Principle and Regional Director of Professional Deveopment of the Southwest region, with over a decade of experience in coaching and leadership development. Drawing from her background in architecture and design, Karen blends creativity with a scientific approach to training and facilitation. Karen is a skilled meeting facilitator and public speaker, specializing in professional development, conflict resolution, cultural and emotional intelligence, communication skills, and executive presence. At Gensler, Karen is passionate about personal growth and human connection. She partners with our Southwest leadership to cultivate a thriving, high-performing workplace culture. She holds a BA in Environmental Design from UC Berkeley, a MS in Building Systems Engineering from UC Boulder, and is a Professional Certified Coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
