Nathan Scheidt, AIA, LEED AP

Project Director, Senior Associate

Nathan is a Project Director and Senior Associate with an impressive career spanning nearly two decades in the field of architecture. He joined Gensler’s New York office in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of design and project management experience across a wide variety of typologies, including workplace, life sciences, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. He transferred to the Atlanta office in 2016 to join a team dedicated to groundbreaking architectural projects. Nathan currently leads Atlanta’s Office Developers and Mixed Use & Retail Centers practice areas, where he has gained the trust of numerous high-profile developer clients through the successful completion of large-scale complex projects.

A proud Atlanta native, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern Polytechnic State University, as well as a Master of Architecture degree from Cornell University. He remains active within the academic community, serving as a co-leader of Atlanta’s University Outreach program, and a mentor and guest critic for Kennesaw State University, Georgia Tech, SCAD, and several other prominent institutions across the southeast. Nathan’s passion for architecture, coupled with a genuine dedication to fostering the next generation of architects, have positioned him as a highly respected industry leader.
