70 Hudson Yards

New York, New York

70 Hudson Yards is a 1.4 million-square-foot office tower rising approximately 717 feet, designed by Gensler and Roger Ferris + Partners for Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group. Conceived as a next-generation workplace tower, the project redefines flexible, high-performance office design through an approach shaped by how people and organizations use space today and in the future.

Designed from the inside out, the tower prioritizes dynamic workplace models and long-term adaptability. Every aspect of the building, from core and column placement to facade rhythm, was guided by a functional and flexible design strategy that aligns architectural expression with performance and future potential. Flexible floor plates support a wide range of workplace configurations, from traditional office environments to highly collaborative and evolving modes of work.

Terraces along the northeast corners of upper floors extend the workplace outdoors, bringing light, air, and expansive Midtown views into the daily experience of the building. These spaces contribute to a more connected and human-centered workplace environment while reinforcing the tower’s emphasis on flexibility and well-being. 70 Hudson Yards is also designed as a high-performance, all-electric building. Integrating environmental performance with architectural intent, the tower establishes a future-ready workplace that is adaptable, efficient, and responsive to the evolving needs of the city and its tenants.
