Cadillac launched its new all-EV range in the European market with its first experience center and family-friendly community space, redefining the Cadillac brand and challenging the conventions of a traditional car showroom. Situated in the historic Brannhof building on the popular Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, Cadillac City Zurich is a space designed to both showcase its cutting-edge electric vehicle and educate the public on EV ownership. Envisioned as a gathering place for like-minded individuals who embrace EVs, elevated hospitality options and community programming offer spaces for customers to unwind, connect, and learn. The Cadillac City experience center features a café, shared workspace, and ‘Recharge Lounge’, as well as a ‘play lab’ for children. Its upper floor holds areas for customisation, where customers can engage with materiality and connect with the process.
