Harman International’s first North American retail flagship is an immersive, interactive experience with an energy and attitude befitting the premium audio brands showcased within, including Harman/Kardon, JBL and AKG. Beyond interior design, Gensler provided strategy, merchandising and experience design services. Gensler brand designers conceived, designed and art directed all interactive digital touchpoints within the store. This new immersive platform provides customers with opportunities to discover the Harman product portfolio, while engaging its dynamic brand stories through unique, custom installations. The holistic design strategy celebrates each product’s personality and history, while supporting an overarching Harman story.
