Holliday Street

Raybone Developments’ latest Gensler-led project, Holliday Street, is a residential-driven development located on the site of a former open-air car park within the city centre of Birmingham. Comprised of an eight-storey mid-rise building, the residential development will include 109 residential units benefiting from access to private and shared amenity space, a landscaped communal garden, and a rooftop terrace.

This new housing development will encourage change and improvement outside of its own boundaries by implementing a quality-driven and aspirational response, establishing a desirable residential offering, and elevating the contextual benchmark. It will be a focal point of the emerging residential developments within the city and the existing residential offering on Holliday Street.
