This 400,000-square-foot workspace for Limited Brands consolidates five offices, unifying staff under the design concept of “workplace as a stage” for showcasing the company’s brand. The dynamic concept of being on- and-off stage is reflected in dark/light finishes, accented throughout the space by the brand’s signature pink. The long, bright elevator lobby in the central core mimics a fashion runway, and changeable, large-scale graphics and AV monitors project product designs, ad campaigns or runway shows. The plan is mostly open, with glass-front peripheral offices to encourage collaboration and draw in daylight. Perimeter circulation and views of Broadway and Times Square further enliven the space.
