Knowing that residence halls play an important role in retention and admissions, the design of Lynn University Mary and Harold Perper Residence creates a new home for students to live, study, socialize, and build friendships. The relationship with Lynn University in Boca Raton began with a comprehensive masterplan. This 60,000-square-foot development for upperclassmen is a critical step in making the masterplan a reality. The residence hall allows students to have all the comforts of an apartment building and all the benefits of campus life.
