To celebrate this legacy, Gensler’s brand design team created a program of environmental graphic and digital experience applications that translate the school’s mission and ethos.
Showcasing the Newhouse identity, moments of aspiration and excitement guide students and visitors through the building. A sweeping double-height lobby featuring built-in digital screens marks the start of the tour. The digital display brings warmth to the academic space with a pop of “Syracuse Orange” and creates a wow moment for visitors. At the core of the experience, a digital Alumni Gallery allows students and visitors to discover the breadth of Newhouse’s network of prestigious graduates and professionals. The touchscreen interface offers a searchable directory of profiles that can be updated and added to over time.
The refresh amplifies the Newhouse brand, celebrating the school’s legacy and creating a lasting impression on former, current, and prospective students and parents.
