Elif is a Principal and Design Director in Gensler’s San Diego office with over 22 years of experience focusing on workplace projects in technology, corporate, and financial markets. She is passionate about designing with purpose and creating opportunities to build highly sustainable and intricately connected workplace environments in her projects. She is a highly regarded design leader not only for the firm, but for her clients, team members, and the community. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from University of Central Missouri and is a certified interior designer. She is actively involved in Commercial Real Estate for Women and serves on the board for New School of Architecture in San Diego.
