As a strategist, Lauren creates the concept narrative that shapes the user experience and defines dynamic social spaces and meaningful brand engagements. She began her design career in print communications and environmental graphics before expanding into strategy and experience design. She is currently focused on understanding consumers as a means to create meaningful brand engagements through experience design, service design, programming, and the built environment. Lauren has worked with entertainment, retail, and hospitality clients including Melissa McCarthy, Disney, Nickelodeon, Marriott International, and Absolut Vodka. She is trained in urban design and has helped developers like Related and Mack-Cali define the user experience for large, mixed-use projects. Lauren has also repositioned several commercial office buildings in New York City to reflect the changing ways people live, work, and play.
