Marisol is a global leader of Gensler’s Financial Services practice and Strategy Director in Gensler’s New York office. With a background in architecture and real estate, as well as expertise in the financial services and technology industries, she has advised Fortune 500 clients such as Verizon, Citigroup, IBM, and Thomson Reuters on developing real estate portfolio strategies, progressive design solutions and change management communications. Marisol specializes in aligning business goals with real estate, facility, and workplace strategies. Her projects range from global and national portfolio mergers, to portfolio optimization, building repositioning, and workplace transformation. Marisol has presented “Workplace Trends in Financial Services” to the Institute of International Bankers to showcase ways that multi-national companies design and configure their office space to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency. Marisol holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University.
