Sarah Joubert leads Gensler’s Tampa office as Principal and Co-Managing Director, delivering high-impact design solutions that align with client goals and business objectives. She sets the strategic direction for the office and guides multidisciplinary teams to define success metrics, activate specialized expertise, and execute projects with precision and excellence. With a deep understanding of client priorities, Sarah transforms complex challenges into actionable strategies that foster innovation, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and trust—building long-term partnerships and consistently elevating project performance.
Sarah connects clients with Gensler’s global thought leadership, leveraging firmwide insights to inform design decisions and maximize value. Her commitment to talent development and operational excellence cultivates a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional results. She has led a diverse portfolio of architecture and interior design projects across sectors including Developer, Build-to-Suit, Corporate Workplace, Sciences, Financial Services, Retail, and Master Planning.
Beyond her professional role, Sarah actively contributes to her community and industry through involvement with Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Hillsborough, REIC Tampa Bay, Tampa Downtown Partnership, CREW, AIA, and the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, and is a Licensed Architect and Interior Designer in the State of Florida, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.
