Confidential Consumer Goods Client

This confidential consumer goods client commissioned Gensler to design its European headquarters in Geneva, comprising seven work floors, a private gym, and a contemporary restaurant, with the goal of creating a sophisticated workplace to better attract and retain talent. Drawing influence from Swiss nuances and taking design cues from the Alps and native landscape, the headquarters design pays homage to the dramatic views of Geneva.

Leveraging the client’s philosophy that the best ideas emerge from the creative connections between talented employees, Gensler designed a headquarters that provides a multitude of choices of where to work, enabling serendipitous collisions and helping to foster better collaboration. This creative and dynamic work environment has been key to bringing the consumer goods company's dynamic ideas to life. The redesign has helped increase key facilities while creating the correct visual and acoustic atmosphere to focus or collaborate. The new workplace provides flexibility for natural teams to group together through a variety of environments to stimulate work modes.
