Deloitte Greenhouse is a modern CxO (corporate executives) space that offers a flexible environment for solving business challenges through various sessions. The service is available in 25 countries and regions around the world. Gensler designers took inspiration from the principles of the Japanese tea ceremony, known as “Wa Kei Sei Jaku,” which includes showing respect for one another, regardless of status, and with a peaceful state of mind. This Japanese philosophy was interpreted into the concept design, which aims to create a space that encourages new ideas.

The facility entrance leads visitors through a dark tunnel that is shaded by living bamboo trees featuring projected seasonal motif designs. This sense-oriented experience helps elevated the mindsets of guests before they move to the session spaces. Deloitte Greenhouse offers various themed rooms like one area where people can host open discussions, regardless of title or position. The flexible environment helps users to spur creativity and generate new perspectives.
