The expansive space spans nearly 11,000 square feet, boasting 72 seats meticulously designed to cater to various workstyles and preferences. Gone are the constraints of the past, replaced by an environment that encourages productivity, creativity, and collaboration.

Curated to reflect the vibrant tapestry of Tampa’s neighborhoods, the design team sought to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an immersive experience that resonates with the local landscape. At the heart of this integration lies the Tampeño café, a bustling hub that encapsulates the essence of Tampa’s culture. The iconic red thread, a hallmark of Gensler’s brand, weaves its way through the ceiling, connecting the café experience with the studio beyond, while simultaneously narrating Gensler’s story of innovation and creativity.
