Tableau strives to make data beautiful and intuitive. Our team reflected this mission in their space, taking cues from the company’s visualization platforms to establish a connection back to their work. Consistent with the client’s desire for a simple and elegant workplace, the design provides a clean canvas with calculated pops of color to punctuate key moments. Colors were carefully selected in collaboration with Tableau’s lead visual designer to ensure they resonate with not only employees, but also users that visit the space. Pantries, a game room, library, central kitchen, and dining area were strategically placed just off the interconnecting stairway to promote employee interaction throughout the building and increase flow between the various floors.
