Davide is a Hospitality Leader for Gensler’s Europe region, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering high-profile hospitality developments across EMEA and North America. He combines creative leadership with strong commercial insight and operational expertise, enabling him to lead complex projects from concept through to delivery. Davide’s portfolio spans luxury hotels, destination resorts, and complex mixed-use developments for leading global operators including Marriott International, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Six Senses, and Rocco Forte Hotels.

Experienced in managing multinational teams across every phase of the design lifecycle, Davide plays a key role in securing major competitions, shaping transformative guest experiences, and driving practice-wide strategic growth. He is recognised for fostering high-performance team cultures, mentoring emerging talent, and aligning design excellence with measurable business outcomes. Having spent part of his career in Venice, Davide also developed specialist expertise in the repositioning and adaptive reuse of historic buildings, transforming heritage assets into distinctive residential and hospitality destinations.
