As a Strategy Director, Lexi is passionate about redefining the future of entertainment by weaving together strategic thinking with creative ingenuity to create authentic experiences that invite people to gather, connect, feel joy, and find meaning. In the dynamic world where strategy converges with entertainment, she orchestrates the ideation of captivating experiences rooted in strategic insights, future-focused visioning, and collaborative creativity, often pulling together multiple creative thinkers and multi-disciplinary experts to build unique teams that can both create a vision and bring it into reality.
Lexi’s professional background in design strategy is rooted in user research, innovation, and impact. Over nearly two decades, she has honed her expertise in understanding market trends and business drivers, emotional and social engagement, and cross-functional creative collaboration. Since rejoining Gensler in 2018, Lexi has worked with multiple entertainment clients including Activision Blizzard, Netflix, Google, and Live Nation. Prior to Gensler, Lexi worked with the Hudson’s Bay Company and New York Road Runners. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Public Administration from New York University.
