In pivoting to embrace the future of hybrid work, this client sought a research-based portfolio and change strategy to plan for its new headquarters in Singapore. Gensler was engaged to develop a comprehensive workplace strategy, design a hybrid-ready workplace, and execute a curated change management program to support a smooth transition to new ways of working. Our partnership has since contributed to a significant increase in the client’s employee engagement levels, measured post-move in 2022.
Facing the challenges of pandemic conditions, we delivered an integrated project program through hybrid formats.
