For Molson Coors, consolidating teams into a new Chicago headquarters meant reimagining the workplace for a 200-year-old global beverage brand. The design needed to bridge generations of craft while creating an authentic, social environment that supports a diverse workforce and a flexible work culture.
Gensler’s design establishes a powerful physical identity for Molson Coors Beverage Company. Environmental graphics and curated brand moments spark exploration and pride, connecting employees and visitors to the company’s brewing heritage. The Pub anchors the heart of the workplace as a vibrant lounge and event space. A landscaped terrace with panoramic views and flexible work settings extends this collaborative energy outdoors.
The headquarters positions Molson Coors for the future — strengthening culture, attracting top talent, and supporting evolving workstyles. Flexible environments and social hubs foster collaboration, while outdoor spaces and wellness-driven design enhance the employee experience. Integrated brand storytelling builds lasting identity and inspires innovation. The result is a resilient workplace that adapts to change and delivers enduring value.
