222 5th Ave N

Seattle, Washington

Located in one of Seattle’s most iconic neighborhoods, 222 5th Ave N is a nine-story, 200,000-square-foot office building that will be surrounded by striking architecture and attractions, including the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Monorail, and the Chihuly Gardens. Designed by Gensler Seattle, the new commercial office building sits at a highly trafficked downtown intersection where millions of people pass each year on their way to Seattle's South Lake Union “SLU,” the life sciences hub, or while visiting the city's nearby museums, stadiums, and restaurants.

222 5th Ave N marks Da Li Properties’ second development project in Seattle and its first future-ready building, with a design that allows it to flex between an office or a laboratory building. The office building creates a welcoming environment for its family of tenants with a modern workplace setting that is rich in shared amenities and driven by hospitality influences.
