Increasingly, media giants and tech companies are flocking to Culver City, California. To drive maximum impact in this competitive creative landscape, media companies design workplaces with brand storytelling that engages audiences in new and novel ways. For its Culver City headquarters, Warner Bros. Discovery sought to create a visible statement that would differentiate itself from other nearby entertainment studios. With its vast, iconic library of content, the company sought to captivate employees and visitors while demonstrating the studio’s creative leadership and its evolving portfolio of brands.
Four larger-than-life digital totems, inspired by film industry clapper-boards, transform the lobby into a dynamic cinematic experience. Each 24-foot, four-sided column features curated content that evolves throughout the day. Fluid, choreographed movement amplifies Warner Bros. Discovery’s iconic characters and cinematic moments. Custom-designed abstract visuals and corporate messages create an ever-evolving canvas, visible from multiple angles and distances, that extends from its enclosure into the street.
Warner Bros. Discovery’s lobby creates an iconic showpiece that commands attention in the industry-concentrated neighborhood. Visible from the street, the installation differentiates Warner Bros. Discovery from competitors’ more private, obscured lobbies. The vibrant colors and always-evolving display attract potential talent, new audiences, and content superfans. The monumental scale and dynamic content demonstrate Warner Bros. Discovery’s commitment to innovation while inspiring visitors and employees with its diverse portfolio of iconic brands.
