Featuring local materials and warm design elements, our office creates an inviting experience that takes clients on a symbolic journey through Colombia’s diverse regions, and providing a flexible environment that fosters collaboration among our designers, architects, brand designers, and strategists.

Gensler’s Bogotá office was created with the goal of offering a unique space that embodies Colombia’s identity while staying true to the firm’s essence. With a team of 70 architects—who until then had been working in a co-working space—there was an urgent need for a dedicated workplace that could spark creativity and connect meaningfully with local culture. The space had to not only foster a sense of ownership among employees but also provide a warm, welcoming experience for visitors.
