To plan how all the occupants would merge into one workplace, the client used Wisp to easily create blocking and seating scenarios. The interactive features in Wisp saved time, increased collaboration, and provided the platform for ongoing occupancy management. The client then loaded its entire global portfolio into Wisp, generating an interactive wayfinding system and a colorizer that illustrates credentialed space-types in each building. Today, the client’s regional representatives meet weekly with their Wisp advisor to establish processes for managing the space consistently across the globe, roll out new initiatives, and collaborate.
