Following a study of potential relocation sites, long-time client Norton Rose Fulbright settled on a prime San Jacinto location. With the aim of creating a more efficient workplace conducive to staff-wide collaboration, the design focused on connecting office floors and the firm’s practice areas. A dedicated conference suite doubles as the primary reception area and is accessible to all floors through an open, interconnecting stair. While conference rooms are located away from the office perimeter, full-height glass gives the conference center gracious views of Austin and Lady Bird Lake. These views extend to associate and partner offices, walkways and elevator lobbies, conveying a sense of openness and transparency.
