As market and tenant demands evolve, how do we codify the range of repositioning strategies being employed in the market today?
Research Project Name
Real Estate Repositioning Strategies
What We Did
We conducted an audit of projects involving the repositioning of buildings from which we generated an exhaustive list of repositioning strategies. This enabled us to create a list of typologies to inform future work. The subject city of our research, New York, is an epicenter of global real estate, and through using one of the planet’s largest real estate markets, our findings are applicable to most markets. In all, we worked with 35 clients and more than 50 buildings to shape our ideas into an actionable framework
