The proximity of this new flagship Ford and Lincoln dealership to several major traffic routes demanded a highly visible design that would both draw attention to and unify the two brands. A fully glazed curtain wall comprises the front façade, creating the perception of a glass box within which the dealership’s inventory is showcased. The two brands are cohesive, yet distinct: Lincoln with a richer, more luxurious materials palette; Ford, lighter and more contemporary. Complementary outdoor amenities include a landscaped car display area, access to Chicago's Riverwalk and an expansive green roof.
