United Real Estate Company (URC) approached Gensler to refresh the brand identity for Raouche View 1090, a new luxury residential development located in Beirut. At roughly $5 million per apartment, it was essential that the brand design successfully communicate the high-end and exclusive nature of the project. Dubbed “RV1090”, the moniker evokes a sense of mystery to the outside world. The brand seal conveys the notion of a private members club, with high-end execution featuring blind embossing and foil stamping. Brand components include a sales pack, stationery, web design and signage, each of which successfully convey an air of sophistication and desirability.
