Skyline Tower

Bellevue, Washington

After an ownership change in 2012, this underutilized building underwent major modifications to transform its 72,000 square feet of public space. The modernization of the tower introduces a fresh look and feel to the exterior plaza and interior lobby levels, providing a renewed sense of community for tenants. Formerly ineffective public areas now serve as mixing chambers. The main lobby features a massive white marble monumental column; new ceilings, wall coverings and flooring; and updated amenities, including the renovation and expansion of a single retail space into two separate storefronts. The repositioning has demonstrated increased value and tenant interest, with measurably higher rental and occupancy rates.
